Calms Anxiety & IrritabilityOrganic Hops has traditionally been used in Western herbal medicine as a potent sedative with anti-bacterial effects. Bitter tonic herb that is diuretic and may relieve pain and spasms. May be beneficial to reduce symptoms of anxiety, insomnia, restlessness, tension, excitability, nervousness, irritability. May benefit ADD and ADHD. May be helpful for high cholesterol, nerve pain and bladder infections.



Use 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of boiling water, steep for 10 minutes and strain. 2 cups maximum daily. If too strong, add more hot water or a little honey and a small amount of grated ginger. ⅓ of adult dose for children up to 12 years.
