28 Days Return Policy

For all cases, we’ll need to receive it back to us. It must be unopened and unused, in the complete original packaging (except due allergic reaction).

Change of Mind

We are happy to refund in case of change of mind. The item must be returned unopened, in the original packaging, in perfect condition.


In case of an allergic reaction, please take a photo of the reaction, and discontinue use immediately.

To receive your refund, we ask for a photo of the allergic reaction, and the return of the product with less than 15% usage.

Incorrect/Damaged Item on Arrival

Please take a photo of the products received, and contact us before return the items.

In case of damaged items, please send the photos showing the defects and contact us before returning your item.

You must follow all instructions here to be refunded. No exceptions.

We will evaluate your case and provide details for the next steps

3- Product unopened, and in the original packing.

We must receive the product return in the original packing (even any plastic external to the box). So take care when packing your return.

4- Refund

We will process your refund within 10 business days after your return arrives back to us in perfect condition.

Refund does not include shipping.
