Anxiety, Insomnia & DepressionOrganic St John’s Wort may be useful for mild to moderate depression for men and women. May aid anxiety and sleep disturbances. May support immune system during viral infections, such as herpes simplex, influenza, colds and sore throats. May provide pain relief and help settle upset stomachs.



Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup of hot water. Steep then strain. Maximum three or four cups daily for adults. Half dose for children over 12,  ⅓ dose for under 12’s.
