Use 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of boiled water, steep for 10 minutes and strain. Ginger and honey will improve flavour. For insomnia, use 30-60 minutes before bed continuously for several days, up to 6 weeks may be needed before an effect is noted. Maximum 3 cups daily. Half dose for children .
